Yes a "Silver" Audi was shown in Dubai



The car in question is an Audi A8 D3 Polished modified by a German company called MTM(Motoren Technik Mayer http://www.mtm-online.de/en/ )



Audi A8s are made almost entirely out of aluminium, what they did was polish the aluminium then apply a clear varnish on top. The plastic parts such as the side mirrors and the bumpers were then painted with a special paint to obtain the "Silver effect"



Silver cannot be used to make body panels because it is too soft.

actually dere are 3 silver cars here, an Audi, a BMW and a Range rover

i have seen them once on road all 3 together near the Burj al Arab

man they are awesome... wish had the BMW for maself
